Need a little imput.......I just bought an 2008 Arctic White Corvette and want to start things out right! By reading this great forum I've narrowed my chooses down to two things. Either use Rejex or NXT 2.0. I'm sure both products are good so which one would you use?
I've only used NXT 2.0 on customer cars so I can't comment on durability but I can say it looks great on white. If you're looking for durability at a very reasonable price, I'd have to recommend Collinite 845. It lasts longer than anything I've tried and looks very nice too.
I have an 07 Velocity Yellow vette. I have Rejex on mine. I'd say use Rejex or DG601/105 as the sealant, then top with NXT 2.0. I'm going to top mine with FK1 PW after the next wash.
artic white vert here. have only used IW 845 and NXT. either one will make it pop. the 845 is VERY durable. the NXT is simply the easiest "bling" for the time and money, IMHO.
I have used both. Rejex for last 2 years. NXT 2.0 over the last month. They both look good, hard to tell much difference. Rejex is slicker, easier to get bugs off. However, NXT is less expensive, easier to obtain. So I voted for NXT 2.0
Rejex on the rims only ... not the product I would use on the new car. It just doesn’t have that long-term-proven-not-to-age/yellow/discolor products on a White car.
I LOVE Rejex ... think it's the best stuff I've ever put on my rims. But it hasn’t been around a decade or more to truly know how it's going to hold up over the long run. There are a lot of very good products mentioned in this forum with long, proven history I’d put on my brand new white car.
I have had NXT.2 on for the winter and after numerous wand-type do it yourself washes, several ONR washes, snow, salt and about 5000 miles of driving the NXT.2 is still beading water and keeping up all appearances. It is a much better product than the original.
