I was so looking forward to detailing this incredible, super-sleek, super-sexy jaw dropping Ferrari but sad to say that I turned it down as it would have taken far too long to detail, perhaps 10 hours on the exterior alone. Reason being is that some one somewhere used a rotary on it and either a wool pad or a cutting pad and put in nasty halograms plus some really deep scratches. It wasn't the dealer but most likely at port.
My cost for something like this would be between $400 and $500 to remove the swirls and scratches and get the paint as near perfect as I possible could. Since this was a deal done between other parties I wasn't sure the cars owner would be willing to pay that fee so I just wiped it down and sprayed some OCW on it. I have no AFTER pictures to show because really it would look the same as the BEFORE's.
I have a few other 430's waiting in the wings so not all is lost but I sure would have loved to have detailed this one. Anyway here are the pics of the car BEFORE I did anything...sad that they have to do this to cars like this, even the interior was all dirty with grime on the seats and doorpanels.... OH the HUMANITY :hairpull
Hopefull on the next one I'll have AFTER shots
