Rasky's Auto Detailing
'07 VW GTI, 1-step Exterior and interior cleaning. Car was in pretty good shape with some light cob webbing and some water spotting. Interior was average but had lots of dog hair and the GTI carpets suck.


I was in a hurry on this one so the pics are not the best....



Exterior:

Wash -Megs Gold Class
Wheels - P21S Gel
Tires - Amazing Roll Off, Hyper Dressing 3:1
Jambs and wheel wells - P21S TAW
Clay - Megs Mild Clay an Last Touch for lube
Paint correction - M205 via Flex 3401 and LC orange Classic
LSP - Blackfire Wet-Diamond x 2

Interior:

Carpets - Megs APC+ and LGM
Seats - Megs APC
Dash Vinyl - Einszett Cockpit Premium Interior Cleaner
Glass - Megs D120
Door seals - Megs M40

There was grey over spray several areas on the car, most of it came off with claying.

Quick question - How are the VW's paint - soft medium or hard?
 
Very nice work! I've had to remove lint and hair from the same interior these interiors pick up everything and it's very crazy removing it.

Any reason for using two apc's?
Could P21s also be used on tires instead of AR-OFF?

Yeah, those carpets suck big time! Funny they used nicer carpet for the floor matts than they did for the actual interior...:confused:

APC+ is low foaming and works well with extractors. APC has a foaming action too it and I just like it a little better for cleaning seats. I could have just used one or the other though. ;)

P21S is pretty $$$ and I don't think it works as well as ARO on the tires. Normally I wouldn't have used it in the wheel wells either but I didn't want to run over and grab my other bottle of APC+ and just used what I had in hand. :D
