Quick Grout Sponge Question

Im using a lowes grout sponge, first on paint, then on wheels, then I wash it out with dawn and water. Looks basically new when I am done. Can I use it on paint again?



You guys use different wash media for wheels VS paint?



Forgot to mention, I use ONR for the wash.

For 2 bucks why not get 2 gs, one for paint and one for wheels?

I have a few Lowes and HD grout sponges, just curious what everyone else is doing.

IMO Lowe's gs is better than HD due to it being more porous. I don't use a sponge on my wheels. I keep it sealed with DG 501 and AW. I just spray some onr and wipe away.

i would get a couple and use one for the paint and then another for wheels, etc. there only $2 each and better safe than sorry...

Yeah, get one for paint and one for wheels. When they get dirty simply throw them in the washer.

I use two separate ones, or one per car...paint first, then wheels, then in the laundry bin it goes!
