"Luck" Residue of design
Bill (njcarting1) and I were talking about our Dad's cars so I thought I would do a quickie on Dad's T/A today.Dad never washes his car so I was'nt wasting much time on this one.The passes I did with the rotary were very quick.
The process:
pre soak w/ PB APC
pressure wash the lumps off
hand wash with Meg's Hyper Wash
no clay
SSR 2.5 on Makita rotary w/ edge 2k 6" light cut polish pad
SSR 1 on Makita rotary w/ edge 2k 6" finish pad
hand wash again w/same process
Hand apply a coat of Collinite IW

that car is actually 2 Trans Ams welded together and it does'nt ever get taken care of so I was'nt wasting the time with the clay though it could have used it. and yes I would have run out of daylight too.
