Questions of Spray and Gloss

Hello everyone! I am getting down to the last of my adams ds and would like to support our sponsers and since i am hearing so many raves about s+g i think i might give it a try. My questions is that with spray and wipe the solution doesnt evaporate quickly like a qd does, it takes a little wiping. Does the Spray and gloss act the same as far as evaporation as the spray and wipe? Keep in mind i am not overusing the spray and wipe i use probably a spray or 2 per panel.

Greg

To be honest, I've never paid much attention to the evaporation rate of the S & G, as I use it like most QD's... mist it on, quickly spread it, and wipe dry. With the S & W, I like to mist it on, and give it a few seconds to do it's work (emulsify the dirt a bit) before I spread and wipe it dry.

Maybe Steve can give us some insight to the evaporation rate? :dunno

I go thru more then i should. I like to soak the dirtier spots then take towel and lightly get it off then just over the whole car.

Im in florida, it evaporates for me hahaha.

The S&W wouldnt be as safe if the lubrcants evaporated right away.

I found i like to use S&G after an initial wipe with the towel after washing. Then i give the section a squirt or 2, and buff the rest of the water ect. off with a clean towel.

In my experience, S&G takes for less time then PB's QD+, which is quite thick. I find S&G very quick to use and has multiple uses: QD for added gloss, removing carnuba after it hazes ( thanks to GSRstilez for that tip), adding gloss to final wipe when drying the car and making just about anything it touches shinier. It is extremely thin and goes into a 4 oz fine sprayer beautifully. I love the stuff and wouldn't be without it.

Just S&G'd tonight! Greg, it evaporates faster than spray and wipe does IMO. In fact, I do just as the directions say, wipe it on, flip the towel and wipe it right off. It is really fast and the slickness after is amazing! I just bought another gallon, if you want a sample let me know.

Don't forget to try S&G on your glass .... looks excellent using the same spray, wipe, flip the towel, & buff to great shine.
