My car came with a ULEV sticker, like this one: ULEV on Flickr - Photo Sharing!
I tried pulling it off, but it wasn't a sticker, although I could be wrong. When I tried to peel off an edge, it would just scratch towards the inside, like a lottery ticket that you have to scratch off.
1) Am I doing something wrong?
2) I've cleaned the door panels of my car with soap + water, should I wax it? Any reason not to?
