Hey there! Haven't been on for a while. I've been too busy with school and stuff so I rarely get online anymore. Anyways...back in November, 2001, I spent 7 hours working on my truck, well, when I slide the palm of my hand across the hood, it felt a little rough, eventhough it was clayed 6 months ago. And in 2 weeks, I'll be out of school and I'll start detailing my car again. Do you guys think I should clay again then layer the Klasse??
 
6 months is more than enough time for the suface to become contaminated and need prepping. I would definately re-clay the paint and do the full Klasse system with AIO as a base followed by as many layers of SG as you want or then top with a good carnauba :xyxthumbs
 
Only dawn wash if you wish to remove wax or oils from the paint before applying a polymer sealant for the first time.
