Question for The Edge/Aaron

My L5-S1 is killing me!
I was wondering if you guys are working on a 4" Edge 2k DA pad size?

I like to use this pad sometimes on my PC and now I have to keep switching between my 3.5" backplate and Edge adapter when switching from 6" Edge 2kDA pads to 4" TOL pads. This is really annoying to do in the middle of a detail.

Any plans for this? (I hope):wait

I will be happy to make a few prototype samples for you Steve and let you tell us if they work for you. It should not be too hard to make that pad but as you get smaller the 5/8 hex hole in the center becomes more of an issue because it takes up working surface area but 4inch may still be ok.

Yeah, I can see how the hex hole may be an issue but I still think they would work.

What other supplier would make a product just for me to try?!?!? :bigups
 
aaron im interested in this also .. im looking for 4 in pads to use on headlights and i want to use both the pc and my rotary. i have edge 2000 system on both of them . 4 in would be great
