Question for QEW Users

I have a couple of questions for QEW users. First, I just bought a brand new black car and it needs its first wash. It's the middle of winter here and I'm forced to either use the local DIY spray wash or use QEW. There is some salt on the car, I'm a still okay to use QEW? I'm of course really concerned about scratches and swirls.

My second question is how do QEW users wash their wheels? In the past i've just filled a spray bottle with Qew and used a towel. This gets pretty messy when the wheels are fairly dirty. Is there a better way?

What I like to do is before I QEW, I will take it to the local coin op car washes. Use your dedicated wheel cleaner to clean the wheels/tires, use the pressure washer to wash the wheels/tires, and then use it again to wash all the road salt and really gunked on dirt off the car. Drive home, and QEW.

thats exactly what im thinking

i used the QEW solution on my bonnet a few days ago, 2 caps in a 1/4 bucket, since my freshly washed car got bird bombed, and it seemed to work ok. I followed up with the Swissol QD just to remove any excess. Though i couldnt imagine rubbing black paint after a weeks of rain water and grime build up

Thats the best approach. Or since there is some dirt mixed in with the salt etc hand wash if you can. Foam gun are excellant. You can buy a pressure washer from L. or HD.
