Question about my polishing process...

Ok guys, since I'm kina new to the detailing scene, I obviously don't know much about machine polishing, so I don't wanna mess any paint up. That being said, I plan on using up the rest of my meguiars ultimate compound and ultimate polish (yes, I am aware of the fact there are much better products out there, but I wanna use up what I have left in the garage). I also have a bottle of griots one step sealant I recently picked up. I know the one step has a mild abrasive in it (wasn't thinking when I picked the one step stuff out...) and I just wanna make sure the 3 products used in order (ultimate compound, ultimate polish, and the one step sealant) won't be too much "bite" for the paint on my cars to handle.

I know this is a real noob question, but I've never used anything more than a 2 step system (compound then polish), so any answers are appreciated.

Thanks guys :D

The cut will primarily come from the OC, so I'm pretty sure you'll be OK. I wouldn't worry about the cut of the GG One-Step Sealant, which I'd expect to be minimal. Hope it cleans/cuts well enough to go on OK over the UP...maybe you oughta do something to strip the oils that stuff will leave behind before using the Griot's.
