Question about Forever Black...

Hi,

I have been reading about Forever Black, and from the manufacturer's point of view the product sounds great...

As far as the Bumper and Trim Forever Black - does it really look close or like new when you are done? Or can you tell that someone just put black dye on the bumpers and trim?

As far as the Forever Black Tire Gel - does it make your tires look close or like new - or can you tell someone just put black dye on their tires?

looks pretty reasonble as long the car always had black bumpers and not dark grey that youve now dyed black, it dries fairly matt looking but may take 2-3 coats if the bumpers are badly faded

id suggest that the tyre kit is better value and easier to use as it includes a nice square applicator and its also gel instead of watery liquid so it covers better or if you do get the regular bumper kit then empty some into a bowl and use a nice applicator for an even finish

heres a recent pic of my car...all black bits are dyed with the tyre gel kit

The trim I put the Forever Black on was pretty faded, gray on most of the bumper and tailgate trims. After a couple coats of Forever Black, you could not tell I even did anything to it. The plastic mirrors were faded too and they looked good as new when done. This was a Dodge Ram 2000. I haven't used the tire gel since most of the vehicles I do didn't need it.
