QD that Clings to Surface

I usually use a mixture of DG-FC&S & AW or Meg.UQD both will cling to a vertical panel long enough to wipe it off.

Yesterday the wife and I went shopping at a major town about one hour away.

When we got their and the wife was shopping I stayed in the parking lot and did a quick QD but I had brought a bottle of Mothers Show Time and I had not used this in years.

When I misted it on the door it nearly all ran off on the ground before I could get the MF towel out of my pocket.

This got me thinking do you prefer this kind of QD or one that stayed put when you mist it on.
I like those that stay pretty much where I mist it on.

I had my Black Ranger pickup and I was afraid that I was not going to wet the dust enough to keep from scratching.

The poly based products stay in place much better allowing me to wet the surface much more.

Mothers is like sprayng water

With anh QD, I apply it on a good mf towel first and then wipe it on. I the use the other side to buff it off!

Yes that is what I had to do with the show time but it was not making the surface very wet. Maybe if I would have poured some on the towel at some point it would get wet but once this bottle is gone I won't be buying any more.
What is left I can use on my chrome rims don't have to worry about swirls in them.

I have only used Mother's QD once before I dropped the bottle and broke the sprayer. It is still sitting on the shelf in the garage. It was runny when I used it.

The only time any of my QD's run off a vertical surface is when I use so much product that it does drip down the panel. I mostly use S&W when I do a wipe down and I know that I use to much product but it works well for me. It is against Steve's directions but I like the way it cleans and I do not mind wiping an extra time to get it to look clean and shiny again.

There are two products that I am using at the present time that do not run when misted on any panel. They are... Zaino Z6 and Ultima new detailing spray. I have been using both of these very sparingly which is probably why they don't run off the vertical panels.

Like you I probably use more than I should but I don't have a problem with several other QD's just the Mothers it is like water.
If some like it that is fine with me but I will not be buying more of it IMO their are better QD's available.
