Qd+ in the fridge

didn't work for me. I put a 4 ounce bottle of Poorboy's QD+ in the fridge today. After washing my car I put down a coat of Natty's White. Once the car was completely covered in Natty's I went and got the QD+ out of the fridge.When I pressed down on the pump no liquid came out. I tried several times for several minutes and still nothing.It then dawned on me that QD+ has some carnuaba in it. Maybe the small amount of wax in the qd hardened in the spray nozzle or tube.After about 20 minutes of being in the sun the spayer worked fine.
While I had/have no trouble with refridgerated Spray and Gloss I'll keep the QD out of frigid temperatures.:passout:
 
well I had a feeling that might happen, but I figured someone had to try it in case someone else ever asks :D
 
I tried it and saw no real improvement but hey it was something that didn't hurt to try

many people chill Spray & Gloss for spit shining with Natty's ... it helps the wax set up faster and adds more gloss at the same time :)
 
There you go Bert. I was trying to do the same thing with QD+ but was unsuccessful.:(.:passout:
 
I didn't :hmmm:/know if the amount of carnuaba in the qd was enough to harden and block up the spayer. Now I know. No big deal as I still got to use the QD+ to remove the wax.:passout:
 
I found something out about QD+ today too... I sprayed it on my car, spread it around with a microfiber applicator, like a liquid wax, let it sit for a while and then buffed it off... the results amazed me :drool:

You must use/have used more than I do/did. I just mist/misted my car I didn't/don't spray enough on to spread it around.The micro vacs up the QD+ and the wax.
You're the Poorboys guru! You should know all!:D.:passout:
