Patrick: I was not mobile before. This is a brand new venture for me. I've been an afficianado for 20 years, and have a substantial business background.
Substantial bar/restaurant/nightclub experience...
Not detailing. But, as a wise man once told me, it's all about process and procedure.
I'll try to get right the first time...
Thomasfl: I'm going slow. Friends, word of mouth are my source... a local bodyshop has approached me for cleanups... 5-10 per week... $25 for wash/vac and dust removal... not what I'm looking for, but I'm happy to have the biz!
The organization of the shop is still evolving...
Nagchampa: The cart is working quite well - I actually have two. They are quite pratical, but the power cords tend to get in the way as one rolls back and forth around the vehicle. I attached a power strip to the cart to accomodate buffers/DAs. The power cords from rotary/da are just long enough to work, yet force movement of the cart (and light) as necessary. Overall, I'm real happy with the 'design'. BTW, the cart is from Harborfreight - $49. The light is a 2 bulb T8 fixture from Lowe's - $39, plus some minor hardware - about a hundred bucks each... the color temp of the T8 bulb is 3500K... theorectically the same as daylight.
I like 'em!
