I've heard before that letting water absorb into leather is not good for it. So whenever it rains I make sure to aviod any from getting on the seats, and I'll immediately wipe off any that may have gotten on. Since it's beenh a rainy day his has got me wondering, how can you tell if your seats are actually protected from water? Will it bead up? I currently put Meguiar's Gold Class Leather Cleaner & Conditioner on my seats around once a month. Do most leather conditioners like Meguiars contain a water repellant?
