Propel Pad condition

This is a yellow cutting pad from Exceldetail that has been cleaned 5 times. I washed it by hand in hot water two times and in the washing machine 3 times both using dawn. This is the only pad that is crumbling away, the green, blue and black ones still look almost new. Is this pad still usable? or will it not work correctly and induce marring if used?
If you cannot tell from the pictures the pad has some chunks missing on the face and is tattered on the edges.
Time for a new one or is it still useable?

thanks,
Paul

If it were me I would not use that pad again. I have a black truck that shows everrything so it is less forgiving. When I have had pads that look like that it was because I have used the pad on a surface that would hook it and take a chunk out. Car emblems, license plates, antenna's, and any trim edges are the culprits in my case. Not sure if that is the case for you tho.?

Have you contacted Patrick @ Excel about this? Perhaps the others have stood up better because they are a different type of foam?
I would be leary of using it again for fear of marring. For the price of a new pad - it just wouldn't be worth it to me.

I would toss it, no telling when another piece may come off and cause damage.
I would hate to think that you would damage a 66 mustang or one of your other fine cars because of a $10 pad.

mine look like that only after hitting sharp objects, emblems, etc.
doesnt appear to be a defective pad, operator induced IMHO.
