I know advertisements are not allowed in the forums, and I do NOT want you to promote yourself. I want to know, if you live in South Jersey or in Northern Virginia, if you broke an arm and couldn't detail your car yourself, who would you use? I'm new to detailing, and while I'd like to learn to do it myself, the equipment and supply investment is rather daunting at this stage of the game, as is the fear of screwing something up. In the mean time, both of my cars need to be detailed (1991 Miata and 2000 BMW 323 - I'm in NOVA), and my parents are looking to have their cars detailed as well (Toyota Highlander and Toyota Avalon, both in South Jersey). The Miata is by far the worst (I just got it a few weeks ago), and is the one I'm most interested at this stage of the game. I called a local Ziebart shop, but from what I've seen here, I'm guessing I can do better both for price and quality.
To the forum managers, I'm sorry if this is in the wrong forum; seemed the most appropriate place since you metion sharing marketing and stories, and recommendations are kind of like stories. I looked for the infamous rolodex that people have been suggesting in various threads, but it doesn't look like that has ever been created.
Any feedback on other detailers is GREATLY appreciated.
