Products for cleaning and protecting an old classic car interior safely?

Hello, I'm looking for recommendations on products for cleaning interior dash and plastic surfaces on a 30 year old car. The interior is in pretty nice shape, just the top of the dash is a bit faded and some surface dirt and dust.

I'd like something that will not promote any further deterioration, but rather to help preserve it (while looking good).
