Product to clean fresh Panel repaired and repainted by dealer

So i need to wash my car after a door panel repair. Used the op to get minor scratches out. I need to wash car before rewaxing non repaired areas. What wash is safe for this as there is no way to keep water etc off the repaired panel. I do not think I can put anything over the repair for 30 days right? But want to get the rest protected asap.

As tom said, #00 is the safest bet. In reality, you will probably fince with Gold Class.
