if you keep it in room temperature and away from extreme heat or cold, you should get 3-5 years (or even longer). items like paste wax can last longer since it's not in a liquid form to seperate that easy, which is one of the reasons i prefer buying that if it's available over the liquid form. it wouldn't hurt and is a good idea to shake your products (liquid) once a month to help keep it from seperating...
