Product odors...

So let me get this straight, Meguiar's #16, which smells like a box of Crayola Crayons, was taken off the market due to VOC (volatile organic compounds) laws. Klasse AIO on the other hand, which smells like some funky chemical solvent is okay? BTW, the smell of Mother's Showtime Detailer makes me nauseous - it smells like concentrated Dentyne. Yuck! I guess this is why I'm not a chemist.



My favorite smelling products (aside from white-out) are the Turtle Wax Ultra Gloss QD spray and liquid wax. What's yours?

I love the smell of just about any Poorboy's product, Griot's Car Wash, 425, and of course Pinnacle Souveran and Crystal Mist. Oddly, I also really like the smell of P21S Wheel Cleaner. Although, I suspect this may not be good for me to be inhaling.



Clearkote doesn't seem to care too much about how their products smell. They all smell pretty bad actually, but boy do they work well!

FYI, some of the deadliest volatile chemicals have no odor at all. Also, some of the stinkiest substances won't do anything to you. Any harm, anyway.

I'm quite partial to the smell of Meguiars Gold Class liquid wax... soo good. Just wish the wax was of a tid bit higher quality oh well, I still use it... during the summer when I can wax every 3-4 weeks.
