I recently purchased a rear bumper online and the company also painted it for me as well, the first bumper which is on my car, the paint started peeling after two weeks on some small pressure cracks. The new bumper they sent me to replace it with has some weird staining embedded in the paint itself (photos below) ...I tried hand polishing it out but nothing seems to make a dent. Before I have it repainted locally I wanted to try my porter cable and see if that will help but I don't quite know what pads/polish I should try, any suggestions? Also, can you tell what might of happened to the paint? They said it was fine when it was shipped to me so all I can think of is that it might be heat related, it was wrapped with bubble wrap and sealed in thick plastic. Thanks
