So I ordered the 32oz Uno and Poxy combo when they were running the special. I used the uno previously and loved it. Yesterday was my first time opening up the Poxy and the stuff was solid. No way it was comming through the bottle. It was super thick and had lots of chunks in the bottle. Tried shaking but it was so thick there was no shake to it lol. Is that normal is there something I can do to make it less thick or do I need to just see if they will exchange it for a new bottle?
