Like any online forum there are always stupid arguments, "shouting" matches, immature comments, etc. However, I find it odd that some of the "pro's" on here that operate a detailing business take part in this, especially in the "Professional" portion of the forum. In today's world, anything we post online can be seen by millions of people, including our own customers. With the Internet being used so frequently to research potential business transactions, I would think that, from a customer's perspective, partaking in such would be a HUGE turn off or possibly even a deal breaker. As business owners, I think it's important to always act and speak like professionals (even on the Internet) because we never know who our next customer could be or how they will find us.
Anyway, just my own $.02 that I thought would create some good conversation on here. :idea
