Prima Amigo under Opti-Coat 2.0

I'm going to be doing a customer's white Mini Cooper Clubman next week and I was wondering if Prima Amigo under the Opti-Coat 2.0 will cause any issues?

Also, I see the Opti-coat can be used on plastic trim as well. Does this give the trim darkness and gloss or can I apply a trim dressing under the Opti-coat much like I do when I apply a few coats of OCW on top of the Adam's SVRT? I may just end up ordering C4 in order to give the customer a more permanent solution as this is a daily driver that isn't garaged so I want to protect it with this in mind.

Thanks!

No idea what Prima Amigo even is. If it is an LSP, don't. If it is a polish and you follow with a water/alcohol wash, you'll be fine. If the plastic trim is dull, Opti-Coat might not darken it enough to bring it back to like new condition.

Any time you start to think about putting something "under" Opti-Coat, stop what you're doing, slap yourself, and yell "WRONG!"

Once a vehicle has been polished out, you need to clean it and make sure there is nothing but paint underneath OC. Anything else will cause a problem with the coating bonding to the surface.

Exactly. Opticoat needs a completely clean surface to bond to. I believe the directions that come with it are pretty clear in that respect.
