Preferred Clay for New Car Prep

Hello guys,

I'm curious what clay you use for new car prep. I'm going to wash/clay/seal a new car next week that my friend purchased, and I'm thinking of using the Sonus Ultra Fine rather than Zaino to be extra gentle with that soft BMW black.

In the past, I did 2 brand new vehicles, lexus and subaru, and the zaino clay worked great.

The Sonus Ultra-Fine might be too mild for this job, I wouldn't trust it to remove any embedded ferrous contamination. The current version of Sonus gray is too aggressive (likely to mar) IMO. The SmartWax clay, though pricey, is a nice choice, but it's not like there aren't other options.
