Pre vs. Post VOC products

I did a search but is there a definitive list on pre/post VOC products and the reviews on the differences between the 2 ?



In my own homework of some of the stuff I have and the post VOC stuff, their seems to be a a considerable performance/characteristic change between the pre/post product.
 
AFAIK, I'm not using any products that had their formulations changed except for Collinite's 845. I can't tell any difference between the two versions of 845 except for my "pre VOC" written on the one bottle; they seem identical and I can't tell which is which in side-by-side tests without checking my notes.
