Feb 10, 2009 #2 S steelwind101 New member Hello PPCL and the Wolfgang Pre Polish Enhancer are more or less the same thing. I have used PPCL before WG Sealant 3.0, the sealant is water based and seems fine working over oil bases too. Geoff
