just as good as gatoraid i think. anyway, our giant eagle always has gatoraid on sale for $1/32oz. i like it after cutting the grass etc...

this weeks special is 15/32oz poweraids for $10. i thought that was a good deal. stopped after work last night and picked them up.

I am a fan of Power Aid as well. I remember when they came out and went after big NBA players like Shaq, was always surprised they didn't become more popular.

At that price I would load up for the summer. Agree about high sugar content but better than soda. I tend to alternate between Gatorade and water.

powerade is my favorite. i only drink after a serious workout or after sweating it out working in the fl. heat. sam's club has it 24/20 oz pack @ $12.48. water just can't replace what you lose with heavy exertion in the heat.
