Porter Cable 7424..wooo hooo!

I got my Porter Cable 7424 polisher yesterday ( I detailed a 1994 850 Wagon in exchange for the polisher).



The Volvo (a non clear coated red) came out FANTASTIC! :spot



Today I used the PC to detail a silver 1995 Mercury Grand Marquis for one of my brother Firefighters. ...again, Fantastic :spot



I don't know how I ever got along with out one! My Gem orbital is going into retirement!

Sweet. Welcome to the PC Club. It may not be the Rotary Club but its still a good club to be in.

I used mine once before on some products that were very easy to do by hand and liked it a lot. Last week I used it to redo my car with DACP, # 9 Swirl Remover, 3M IHG, and Collinite wax. I could not have done all of that without my PC without killing myself. I did still put the S100 on the next day by hand. Great tool.

Do about 4-5 cars then try to go back to your old machine or detail by hand. Feels like your going back into the stone age.

I did my own truck last night..the results were nothing short of spectacular! I think I am now spoiled!
