Polishing bumper covers?

The rear bumper cover on my black 07 Mustang has minor marring and fine scratches. The material seems rather flimsy and am afraid to use the PC on it. I have Menz FPII and 3MPII pad glaze I can use, also 4" pads for the PC if it's fine to use.

You're fine with the PC on that.
