Can I substitute one for the other in my PC arsenal? In short will OPS correct and finish off like OP if I have just used OC or OHC? I am about to purchase and I just want to eliminate one bottle if I can.

You can probably use OPS to attain an LSP ready finish after using OC, can't promise if you used OHC though.
 
Op has more bite then the PS. I would keep the OP on hand. PS is for cars in fairly good condition, that just need some light maintenance and protection.
