Please help

I have a Black 2004 Audi that I am obsessed with. I began waxing by hand, then bought the standard orbital buffer, and most recently a high speed buffer. Unfortunately, I should have not assumed I knew how to use a high speed. Now I have buffer swirls all over my car. What do I need to do to get rid of these? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

Rick

To remove nasty buffer swirls from Audi clear, you either need to redo it with the rotary, but with better results (hey, I had to mention that here at Autopia, but I don't think it's a worthwhile avenue to pursue) or, more realistically, polish the car with a Dual-Action or Random-Orbital polisher.

Due to the hardness of Audi clear, you might need to use very aggressive pads/products for the initial work, to cut down through the buffer swirls.

Then I'd plan on a two-step follow up with milder pads/products.

I'd absolutely recommend the Meguiar's M105/M205 twins for this, though 1Z's Pasta Intensiv and High Gloss can do the work too.
