I'm looking for a glass cleaner for my interior windows.

The leading candidates are:

1. Eagle 1 20/20

2. Griots

3. Meg. NXT

4. Sonus Vision

5. Stoners Invisible glass

Which one shoud I pick?

Is there a better choice?

Thank you for your opinions

IG is nice due to being aerosol, but on interior windows, it's a little in your face BECAUSE it's aerosol.

I used to use strictly IG - it seems to cut gunk (especially smoke film) really well.

NXT is good stuff (and smells good, sort of candy-like) but my bottle disappeared.

Sonus is a good product, nice light scent and works well.

Haven't tried Eagle 1 or Griots, but they're all pretty good from what I understand.

Just use a pair of good low-nap microfibers - spray, wipe wet (MF1), wipe dry (MF2).

NXT is the best that I have found and I've tried all the major brands. I was a long-time IG groupie until NXT showed up. Used it once and never looked back.

couldn't of said it better myself...

If you go through quite a bit of windows cleaner then I highly recommend Meg's Glass Concentrate from the Detailer's Line. Very inexpensive when you consider that a gallon can be diluted with water to make 11 gallons of solution. In addition, I find performance to be equal (if not better) to NXT glass cleaner - however, NXT can be found OTC.

For a long time, I never thought there'd be a better glass cleaner than Invisible Glass. That was until I picked up Meguiar's NXT Glass Cleaner. It may be a buck more than IG, but it cleans better (especially with a microfiber towel) and smells like Key Lime Pie (instead of IG's chemical odor).

Agreed on all counts!

NXT seems to be the top choice, but will the bubble gum oder be too much for my cars interior?

When I use QEW or Optimum No Rinse, I use a spray bottle to wet the surface down before wiping the dirt off. I don't use exact measurements, but for a decent size spray bottle, I add about 2-3 capfuls and 5 squirts of QD into the mix. I've had great results using it as a window cleaner after buffing with a microfiber to a brilliant shine and clarity.

I too have used IG, and even used newspapers for a while as well. But this way is a lot more cost effective, simpler, and produces great results.

Well, I've tried EO 20/20, don't care for it, tried IG nice product, but will not buy again. My next buy will most likely be FK1 228, but you have me intrigued about NXT glass cleaner, might buy some, maybe.

Curious what you didn't like about IG as I have had great success with it and has definitely been a top performer in my arsenal. I'll probably pick up some NXT Glass Cleaner for comparison though.

Meguiars NXT. One of the more common compliments I get from my customers is they had to check to make sure their windows were up when I finished cleaning their glass with NXT because of the clarity. :)

It's a nice product, but I do not want an aerosol, and it's too expensive. I want to buy in bulk now, or at least a concentrated formula.

Any comments about the smell of NXT window cleaner?

Does it make your car's interior smell fruity?

Not at all. The scent is only noticeable when you spray it. Once you wipe it out, the scent fades out.
