Plastic rim scratached by snow chains

My friend's plastic rim is scratched by snow chains. Any idea how to remove it? Does Megs Scratch X work on plastic surface? What scratch remover would you recommend?

It should clean up with some plastic polish like PlastX or you could even use ScratchX. If that doesn't work, at least you can buy some new wheel covers.

I agree, although if you can feel the scratches with your fingernail, they're not going to come out completely.
