Plastic bumpers

I have a 2000 Honda Accord with a front bumper that resembles a teenager with bad acne (stone chips, etc). Can anyone tell me how to get this looking like new again?

I'm afraid re-paint is what you are going to need. Touching up that many chips will only make it look worse IMO.

Thanks for your replies Beemerboy and kimwallace. I have taken your advice and will be dropping the car off at the paint shop next Weds.. Will also be having a number of small dents removed. Hood, front fenders, front and rear bumper estimated at $800(Cdn) (that's about $1.95 US - LOL). Bodyman is a family friend who has won prizes for his paintwork in the US and Canada. Will let you know how it turns out.

Cheers

If you live in a area that gets a lot of rock chips 3M has a clear bra that you can look into.
It will help to stop the rock chips after re-painting

Another thing that you might want to consider to eliminate future chips might be having it shot with a paint such as Dupont's Imron. Ask your body man about it.
