Pinnacle Soveran Liquid

I just received a bottle of Pinnacle Soveran Liquid, which Ive never used before.

It doesnt state on the bottle that it needs to dry or haze before its removed. So can anybody who has used it confirm that you can use it similarly to the way I use S100/P21s paste, ie, just wipe it on, and wipe it off?

If it should haze, is it a bear to remove, or is it ok to apply that way also?

Thanks.

Wait for it to dry and then buff it off. Its just like every other wax on the market as far as application procedures. It needs a couple minutes to dry before you buff it off.

Well, this clearly isnt true. If youve ever dealt with S100/P21s, this product does NOT need to haze over. MOreover, the instructions are very clear; simply wipe it right off. Specifically, it says, 'For best results, do NOT allow to haze over before removing'...

Which was why I asked. Clearly, all waxes are NOT alike, despite what you say. But thanks for your comments anyway :)

Here are the instructions from the Pinnacle web site:

How to Apply for Best Results:

Shake well.

Liquid Souveran wipes on easily using a dry, foam, wax applicator but we found a trick that makes application even faster. Mist the foam applicator first with a quick detail spray like Pinnacle Crystal Mist or Eagle One Wet Wipe N' Shine. It doesn't take much lubricant to make a difference. Be sure to use microfiber toweling to remove wax.

Very important- Apply a VERY thin coat! Apply a Nickel size amount of wax on the applicator and wipe a thin coat of wax on the surface using a circular or back-and-forth motion. This wax is not fussy. Use a motion that you are comfortable with. The beauty of this UPDATED & IMPROVED FORMULA is that you can do sections or the whole vehicle at once. On- Off- bam! Time-saving, big SUVs done in 1/2 hour!

Work on a cool surface, out of direct sunlight. A hot surface will cause the solvent to evaporate too quickly, making the remaining film harder to buff off. Allow the slight film to dry and buff off with a clean terry towel or Microfiber towel.

Don't hesitate to apply this wax with a machine. It is extremely easy to use in this manner as well as by hand.

Multiple coats deepen the gloss, the wet 3-Dimensional look. If you choose to apply a 2nd or 3rd coat, wait 24 hours in between applications. Also, wait a day to wash after waxing.

When I used the new liquid souveran, I applied it to each section and then removed after it hazed. Removal after hazing wasnt difficult at all.

Well I guess this proves it, and also the confusion. Some think it works better hazing it; others not ! AT least with the S100, it Tells us not to let it haze. Without such instructions, people will use it both ways, without a clearcut preference.
