I miss my 03 Cobra......
Hey Guys/Gals,



I've been pretty busy as of late. Trying to get things sorted out with the Cobra and all. Finally got a chance to get out and enjoy the Cobra finally. First up went on a cruise with the SacStangs crew. We had about 40+ leave from Sacramento and headed up to San Francisco. We met up at Treasure Island where someone counted 171 cars. Various mustangs, camaros, and other domestics. Oh and a 404 AWHP STI...



Before the cruise I finally got the springs I've wanted put in. H&R sport springs. Also added some new wheels. 17x9/17x10.5 Fr500 wheels.



I S&W'd the Cobra before the cruise. And added a fresh layer of Trade Secret before the cruise. Here are the pics...

Now for the Tahoe pics. JUst went for a little drive up to Tahoe to get away from Sacramento for a little bit. Very nice day, actually kind of warm to be honest. It was a very nice drive all in all... Also chased down a ZO6 that flew by me on a 2 lane section of the drive. I caught up to him pretty quick, but there were small rocks getting kicked up into my front bumper so I had to let him go.

Pictures work fine here. Beautiful car, and I like the license plate! :xyxthumbs but why did you leave the dealer plate frame on?
 
Good god....ok, now I really miss my Cobra. Your car looks fantastic. Love the mods you got on there :xyxthumbs

I love the low stance, spoilerless (other than the lip), and FR500 wheels...She sits very mean.

White95Max: Thanks. There are two reasons. One is my Mom works for that dealer. The other is the license plate frame that was on it said "have you driven a ford 150 MPH lately"

spree: I'll bet you do miss it. I didn't realize how much I didn't like my car with the all black wheels until I put the Fr500's on. Thanks again for the HE. I got a lot of compliments on the cruise...



GSRstilez: The springs really made the stance. I took the lower isolator out all the way around. I love the body of the cobra. There is not a body panel I would want to look different.
 
Very nice Cobra. That first rolling shot looks very aggressive, like a bulldog. :grinno: Beautiful country where you took the pics. It reminds me a lot of going up the mountains in Cripple Creek, Colorado. Lookin' good though. :xyxthumbs
 
I could POSSIBLY fit 10's if I removed the quad shock and "massaged" the fenderwell lip a little. I'll probably stick with the 9's though.

Back at home now instead of at work...Finally can see the pictures. The car looks great..Nicest cobra I have seen :xyxthumbs Love the rims!

Ditch the quad shock and you're all set. I have 275's on 10's, no issues.
 
Oh man...you just made miss my old snake for the first time in awhile :) ;)

Gotta love Tahoe! The roads are just so much fun, except when they have all that damn gravel on them.
