Here's Moose set up in the Invitational exhibition hall at Ford Carlsile, no outdoor pictures today because it rained all day :angry

I stopped by this AM but you were not there. There were some awesome cars in that building, yours was no exemption:up

I cannot see any pics



It still catches me out every time I see Carlisle mentioned. As I live in the UK Carlisle, which for trivia fans is the largest city in the UK

Oh sorry I missed you man, I did a lot of walking around and checking out the venors. Spent way too much money on tools and toys I'll never need but HAD TO HAVE if you know what i mean :D



Saturday was great, there were over 3,000 cars this year, I think it's a record. I saw the new hush hush 2007ish Cobra at the SVT tent, beeeeutiiful! They wouldn;t open the hood, something real secret in there.
 
Wow, that is a sweet color! Your magic touch didn't hurt too. I've always liked those Lincolns, too bad there aren't many of them on the road.



As far as the 2007 Cobra goes (I'm thinking about the Shelby Cobra, not the Mustang), they had that car at the auto show this year, but the Ford rep said it was just the body shell on a generic chassis. Maybe the SVT guys didn't want to be embarassed in front of all the Ford gurus. :rolleyes: Too bad they couldn't have the whole package there, but I guess it was all too valuable for R&D purposes to do without it. I wish I could go to a show like that, it looks like a lot of fun!

Sorry to hear that they did not open the hood on the new Shelby GT500 Mustang. you would think that at an all Ford event they would want to show the people most interested in buying that car. Anyway I have a few photos from the NY Autoshow back in march where they did show the car with the hood up and it has an engine. 5.4L supercharged 450+ hp V8. real nice.
