I have had this idea for some time now about business cards and figures I would share it with the rest of you.
I am always tinkering with new ideas for my business cards as generally people just tend to quickly glance at a business card when theyget one and then they either toss it or put it in their purse/wallet to never see day light again! Well I thought it would be cool to make custom photo business cards for each of my clients using THEIR car
In other words if a client has a BMW M5 I would take a few pictures of it, as always, then pick one that's really nice, edit it in Photoshop or other photo editor and print it on business card stock from my inkjet, about 20 cards, then hand them to the cars owner and have him or her hand them out to people.
The scenario would go like this: Your client is asked by a co-worker or friend, "Who does your detailing? Your car always looks great!" Your client then says, "This guy (gal or company)" and hands them your card with a picture of HIS car on it! I am thinking this would make the client feel kinda special and perhaps be more inclined to share the cards with other potential clients, whadda all think?
I already have a few created but have not handed them out as of yet. I'll let you all know if the idea takes off:xyxthumbs or just bombs
