Never used wool before, what would you recommend?

Try a Lake Country yellow wool polishing pad or a foamed wool pad. Both have good cutting and polishing abilities. You'll just need to find a product that's right for the paint condition.

I have been using Product X a good bit this summer. It seems to fill in the swirls on my black Tiburon pretty good. I have yet to find anything that will give it any durability though. I have tried a whole bunch of different things over it. The best I could come up with is X with Natty Blue over it. It will last a few weeks to a month depending on rain and how often I wash it. I have given up on getting the swirls out on my black car, so I'm really looking for a good filler as well. Product X comes in gallon size jugs and is pretty cost effective it's made by Blue Coral. Thats just my $.02.
