perma-plate or meguiars??

H to everybody first. New member here. I have a question. I bought the perma plate for my black cadillac sts. I was wondering should I use the soap they provide made by them or use my meguiars gold class instead?? which is better? I know the perma plate stuff is more expensive.

Well, I'm no expert, but you probably got ripped off.



My advice is that you use the power of the innernets and buy yourself some Zaino Z7 or Griot's Car Wash to wash your car.



Maybe somebody with real experience with the product will come along to answer your question. Just my $.02 - newbie to newbie.

What he means is you probably paid $500 for someone to put sealant (synthetic wax) on your new ride when you could have done it yourself for ~$20.

I'd check with them to see if you used anything other than their soap if it will hinder your warranty. I strongly suggest reading through the entire contact and making sure what's expected of you to maintain the warranty. Ask lots of questions if in doubt.
