Peanut butter.....there has got to be a better way.

Would a 1:1 ratio of water and Isopropyl Alcohol work? I think that would remove wax, but I don't know if that would dry out or damage rubber. I'm assuming that once you get the trim clean you won't be getting wax all over it again so it's not like you'd be doing it weekly.

I'm bored at work and thinking... that's always a dangerous combination.

:)

Definitely try Greg's write-up. Then look for a wax that doesn't stain. There's so many out there that don't, I'd never use one that does anymore.

Guys..I can't bekieve no one has mentioned it on here..I learned about it here a few years back.
save all food and expensive oils..
Mr.Clean Magic eraser...this is a soft dry sponge and with a little wetness on it..you just rub over the trim area with wax..and it a few passes it is GONE!
hen apply whatever trim restore you like..I use Stoners Trim Shine...amazing stuff as well..
The PB product look svery good too.
But Mr. Clean Magic Eraser is phenominal and has never failed.
