PDR in LA County

My brother's '12 WRX has a couple quarter size dings, probably smaller and he wants them removed for peace of mind. Can you guys suggest a really good PDR guy? Price doesn't matter. Doesn't have to be mobile either. Here are some pics for reference:

I contacted a body shop to see what they say and they said they needed to respray the hood. :errf:
