PC7424 Wrench Size Needed

I've lost the tool to change the pad, and I can't find any wrench thin enough to check the size needed. What wrench size fits so I can grind down just one wrench?

Try the Dollar Store - they sometimes have THIN open-end wrench sets (for a Dollar), one of which works like the original.
 
I would take a look at mine and let you know if i could but i 've lost my PC wrench too. :o



I used a pair of long nose visegrips to take my backing plate off yesterday with no problem. But it looks like a 9/16 open end wrench would do the trick for you. How thick are your wrenches ? I'm able to just stick the wrnech in there ? Why would you have to grind one down ?

I bought my dollar store wrench set a while ago. Had to look around for it, but I finally found one - $1.49 Cdn. :)



It fits a bit loose, but 9/16" definitely fits and works without issue.



This is a super-cheap 5 piece wrench set made out of stamped steel which is why it is so cheesy, yet fits the PC so well.
