Please for give me if this question has been asked, or is in the wrong section...(I searched, but came up with nothing).
I've used my PC three or four times now over a year, and when I turn on\turn off the PC I hear this whine. I can't hear it when it's running only when it's almost stopped or just started.
I read the manual and it says the PC does not need lubrication, so how can I get this thing to stop whining? What is it? Has anyone else experienced this?
