pc speed and product?

Ok I just wanted to ask everyones opinions on speed with the pc and what produst such as megs # 80 at 3 ,megs 26 at 5. so on and so forth not necessarily just megs products looking for more of a explanation to if you are using a cleaner work it slow and if you are using an lsp pick up the speed?Thanks in advance

Actually you just have it just backwards. Polishes containing abrasives should use a higher speed 5-6 and LSP's should use a lower speed 2-3.



I usually start polishes at 3 to spread the product and then kick it up to 5-6. The higher speed generates a bit more heat and aids in breaking down the abrasives. Polishes like #80 break down quickly and I usually run that at 4-5.
