PC/ Quik Detailer Question

I have a question about Meguires QD. I clayed/washed my car. Then before I used SSR1 on my hood i clean it with some Meg QD and MicroFiber. Then i used my PC with SSR1. I worked it in really good. After i was done i noticed small circle like halograms. They could only be seen in certain angles.

My question is if this could have occured because of the QD? Is there some type of wax in that thing? After a few days the halograms disappeared/washed away.
 
SSR1 applied with a PC should remove any Meg's Quik Detailer residue. My guess is that the "small circles" could be a result of your pad not being evenly primed with product.
 
Or it could be the silicone in the QD!
If I need to wipe down the paint before or during polishing, I use Final Inspection because it does not contain silicone.
Just my thought here but silicone is not compatable with all products!
