PB Professional Polish or SR1

Looking for advice for my black 2005 Dodge Ram.

What product would be better to remove light spider webbing on new factory paint using a PC? Poorboy's Professional Polish or SR1. Either one would be followed with Nattys Blue.

What does their Professional Polish do that SR 1 won't (or will)?

SSR1 (or SSR2 depending upont he marring) for the win.

I have never really gotten the hang of PP. I use it on glass, polishing exhaust pipes, etc, but I really could do without it. IMO, it is more of paint cleaner, mainly chemical in nature.

I have not had much luck *starting* with SR1. If something is visible (scratch, webs, etc.) I usually have to start with 2 or 2.5 and then work my way down.

i certainly agree with that. SSR1 is *very* mild, I typically reserve for the twice a year polish on my own car.

However my paint is new (truck is only a few months old). Would you still use 2.5? I'm talking very minor webbing. I told the dealer not to touch the paint prior to me picking it up.

My new car (March 05), ther SSR 1 didnt touch it, SSR 2 cleaned it up perfectly though.

I would try the SSR 1first but even on minor stuff i would think you will need the 2.
